Science Camp Registration Now Open

The Center for Integrative Science Learning at Palm Beach Atlantic is hosting a Summer Science Camp and Summer Science Institute for rising first through 12th-graders, at the University’s main campus in West Palm Beach. The science of natural disasters will be the theme from June 4 - 8 and from June 11 – 15, campers will learn about the science of survival.


Summer Science Camp serves youngsters in grades first through fifth-grade. The camp provides orientation to scientific exploration and inquiry with hands-on activities and experiences through topics including nutrients, rocks and minerals, and the environment. The Summer Science Institute is geared toward sixth through 12th-graders and focuses on scientific disciplines including chemistry, biology and medicine.

Each program will be begin at 8:30 a.m. and end at 3:30 p.m. Students will participate in instructional time, daily laboratory experiments and theme of the day activities (first through fifth grade).

For incoming first through fifth-graders, extended care will be available from 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. and from 4 – 5:30 p.m. at the cost of $15 per child per day. The early bird registration cost for first through fifth-graders will be $175 and $250 for sixth through 12th-graders. After May 1, the cost will increase to $225 for first through fifth-graders and $300 for sixth through 12th-graders. All registration prices will include snacks and a t-shirt. Campers must bring their lunch.
