Starlight Cove ES Welcomes Kimberly Jules as New Principal
Starlight Cove Elementary School is welcoming a new principal to board the “Train” and lead the Lantana school.
Kimberly Jules was approved by the School Board on Wednesday, January 17 and will be replacing current principal Cara Hayden, who is set to become the new principal of Wellington High School next month.
“I am looking forward to serving the students, parents and community at Starlight Cove to build relationships and work together to continue the success they have had,” Jules told the Board.
Jules has been with the School District since 1999. She has been the assistant principal of Rosenwald Elementary School since 2013, and also served as the summer school site administrator there for the past two summers.
She has experience as an instructional specialist for capacity development and school improvement, learning team facilitator for single school culture initiatives, intensive reading teacher and reading coach.
Jules has Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Florida Atlantic University, a Master of Education in K-12 Reading and Specialist of Education in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. She is married with two sons.
